Diksha Kumari

Personal Profile

  • Who are you? From When are you tutoring?

I’m Diksha Kumari. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College and a Master’s degree in Economics from Ranchi University. My journey as a full-fledged tutor began over seven years ago, and ever since, I have been privileged to guide many young minds towards academic clarity and confidence.

  • Why do you want to be a tutor?

Teaching is more than a profession to me, it is a calling. There is an unmatched joy in watching a student’s eyes light up with understanding, in hearing them say “ I get it now ”.

  • What are your greatest strengths in tutoring?

My greatest strengths lie in my ability to connect with students, to listen patiently, and to explain even the most intricate concepts in an easy way. My students trust me not just to teach them, but to uplift them. I celebrate their smallest victories and stand beside them through every challenge.

  • What are your three important skills for tutoring?

Empathetic Listening :

Every student has a story and hearing them helps me teach more meaningfully.

Adaptive Teaching:

I tailor my lessons which fit perfectly to the learner’s pace, style and goals.

Inspiring Communication :

My words aim to spark curiosity and instill a love for learning that lasts far beyond the classroom.

  • What are your subject areas in tutoring?

I can handle Mathematics up to the Senior Secondary levels. I can handle Economics up to the undergraduate level and I also handle science at the secondary levels.

  • Why is your tutoring peculiar?

I don’t just focus on grades - I focus on growth. I meet students where they are and take them where they dream to be. Whether it is turning numbers into stories or theories into real world reflections I strive to make learning purposeful.

  • What is your tutoring philosophy?

Every student is capable, Every doubt is valid and Every moment is a chance to grow.

  • Why do students learn from you?

Students learn from me because they feel seen, heard, and valued. I empower them to believe in themselves and that belief is often the first step to excellence.

  • Your Hobbies and Interests

Among the many joys that life offers, writing poem holds a special corner of my heart. I find immense joy in dancing.
